Solite Vegetable Shortening - 500g

Solite Vegetable is a creaming shortening for butter style cremes and fudge icing.

Instructions for Making Frosting:

1. 200g solite, 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp flavour, 500g pure icing sugar (finely sifted), 1tbsp meringue powder
2. Mix solite, water and flavour with paddle for 30 seconds
3. Add pure icing sugar and meringe powder
4. Mix with paddle for 2 minutes
