Shipping & Delivery


We want to get your items to you as fast as possible while keeping your shipping costs down! So we use a combination of Australia's most popular courier services to see which works out best for you based on your location and size of the delivery.

If you would like a shipping estimate as you order, there is calculator built into each product page that will give you an indicative timeframe and the cost.

How Fast do we ship?

All orders received before 10am will be shipped the same day. 

Do we offer Express shipping?

For urgent orders, please call us on 02 8850 7811 with your requirements and we will advise you on the best and fastest way to get your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Sydney Metro - 1-2 business days
Melbourne Metro - 1-3 business days
Brisbane Metro - 1-3 business days
NSW Regional - 1-4 business days
VIC and QLD Regional - 3-7 business days
WA, SA and NT - 5-10 business days

Which Shipping Companies do we use?

We use Sendle, Fastway, Couriers Please, Star Track and Australia Post for all our deliveries. Please note we have the right to change between any of these couriers to best serve you and get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Bulky and Heavy Items

Some items, such as 15kg cake mixes and foam increase the shipping charges becuase of the bulky nature of these products. Please understand these are charges enforced by the courier services and not us. An in-store pick-up option is available if you would like to give us a call to place an order for these goods.

For parcels over 3kg, we may have to charge an excess postage fee. If applicable, we will be in touch with you before posting our your order. This applies to "free postage" orders as well.

Are Parcels Tracked?

All our parcels are tracked. You will be notified via e-mail of the tracking number. If you feel like that a parcel is taking too long to arrive or hasn't been delivered, please let us know immediately and we'll chase it up for you.

What if no one is Home?

If you're not home when the parcel arrives and you want it left at the door, no worries! Let us know when you check-out that you authorise us to leave the delivery and we will make sure your delivery is left in a nominated safe place outside. Note that if you're away for a lenghty period of time or the parcel can be seen from the street, it's recommended that you do not pick this option.

Otherwise the courier service will leave a calling card and you can arrange an alternate delivery time.

What if there are missing or damaged items?

We understand sweet goods can be fragile in nature. So while we strive to make sure each of our deliveries are carefully packed and checked, there may be an occasional issue with missing or damaged items.

Please let us know immediately via email or phone and we will help you resolve this as soon as possible. If items are damaged, send us a photo with the email and this will help ensure the couriers take better care next time.

Out of stock items for deliveries

We try to maintain our stock levels as best as we can to suit our customer demand. Sometimes we may be out of stock. You will always get a call or an email from us before your order leaves us to discuss suitable alternatives. If after 5 business days, we haven't been able to reach you, the parcel will leave us without the out of stock items and a refund will be issued.

If your order total falls below any free delivery thresholds due to items being out of stock, you will be charged the standard delivery rate.
