Cadbury Elite Blend of Milk and Dark Chocolate Gems 15kg
Cadbury chocolates and couvertures are produced from specially selected cocoa products and other wholesome ingredients. Avoid use with non-compatible fats or oils.

Melting:
This product has been formulated as a bakery or ice cream inclusion and is not ideal for melting.

Tempering:
If required, temper as for chocolate.

Cooling:
The ideal cooling conditions are 15–20°C and 50%RH. Circulate with cool dry air. Avoid overchilling.
